Ali Hamoudeh, P.E.
Ali Hamoudeh, P.E., is the Founder and Principal of Cornerstone Equities and a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer with more than two decades of experience spanning public service, engineering, real estate investment, development, construction, financing, and asset operations.
Before entering the private sector, Ali served with multiple government agencies, gaining extensive experience in planning, infrastructure, land use, zoning, and complex development matters. He later co-founded and led multiple companies across real estate development, engineering, construction, financing, title services, and property operations.
Today, Ali provides strategic oversight across the entire investment and development process—from acquisition, feasibility, and capital structuring through design, approvals, construction, stabilization, and delivery. His multidisciplinary background allows Cornerstone Equities to evaluate opportunities comprehensively, identify risks early, and execute projects with accountability from concept through completion.
